The cast of One Shot is quickly becoming an impressive assembly of talent. Tom Cruise is set to star as former military policeman-turned drifter Jack Reacher in the film based on the 9th novel in Lee Child's series about a small town that literally comes under fire when a string of mysterious serial sniper murders occur.

In the futuristic movie "Minority Report" from 2002, Tom Cruise runs through a mall as the advertisements around him change to tailor exactly to his tastes, encouraging him to stop for his favorite beer as he runs from the Big Brother-like voice that knows everything about him.

Christian Bale isn't the only hot stuff in town. Tom Cruise is slated to begin filming his new action movie, " One Shot ," in Pittsburgh next month, when Paramount is scheduled to start production, the Pittsburgh Film Office has confirmed.
